  • Because each greenhouse is custom-manufactured, all sales are final once production begins.

  • Cancellations made prior to shipment may be subject to partial retention of funds, based on progress and materials allocated.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to supply chain, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the order to the carrier.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional charges may apply if orders are returned due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts.
