Because each greenhouse is custom-manufactured to order, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or provide refunds once production has begun. However, Sturdi-Built Greenhouse stands behind the quality of our materials and craftsmanship. If any item arrives damaged or defective, we will work with you to promptly resolve the issue. By completing a purchase with Sturdi-Built, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your order prior to shipment, Sturdi-Built Greenhouse reserves the right to retain a portion of your order total to cover work completed and materials allocated toward your greenhouse. The retained amount will reflect the progress made at the time of cancellation.
