Sturdi Built grows best through trusted word-of-mouth. This Program exists to reward the people who introduce new customers to our team — and to support strong, positive relationships with the individuals and professionals who refer us.

When you refer someone new to Sturdi Built and they purchase a greenhouse, we will thank you with a cash Reward after their greenhouse ships.

Rewards are based on the purchased greenhouse size:

• $500 for greenhouse orders under 100 square feet
• $1,000 for greenhouse orders 100 square feet or larger

Rewards apply to greenhouse orders only (not accessories-only purchases).

Rewards are payable only when:

1. the referred customer’s greenhouse order is paid in full, and
   
2. the greenhouse is fulfilled and shipped / delivered / picked up.

Rewards will be paid within 30 days of shipment, provided the Referrer has satisfied the requirements in Section 11 (Tax & Payment Requirements).

If an order is canceled or refunded before fulfillment, no Reward is payable.

We want this Program to feel clear, fair, and predictable.

After you submit a referral, Sturdi Built may review our records to confirm whether the referred person appears to be a New Introduction (as defined below). If we determine the referred person is not eligible, we will make a reasonable effort to notify you as early as possible.

This Program is intended to be straightforward:

If you submit first, and the person is new to Sturdi Built, you will be paid once their greenhouse ships.

Referrals must be submitted via the referral form located at:
https://sturdibuilt.com/pages/refer-a-greenhouse
(or another method expressly approved by Sturdi Built in writing).

A valid referral submission must include:

• Referrer name and contact information
• Referred person’s name and contact information (phone/email)
• Any helpful project details (optional but encouraged)

Incomplete submissions may be deemed invalid.

This Program applies to brand new introductions only.

A referred person is considered a “New Introduction” only if, before the referral submission, they have not:

• contacted Sturdi Built by phone, email, text, chat, or social media message
• submitted any Sturdi Built website form (quote request, estimate request, price guide request, catalog request, etc.)
• communicated via email in a way that creates an inquiry record
• scheduled or attended a showroom appointment
• received pricing, drawings, or an estimate from Sturdi Built
• appeared in our customer database, inquiry pipeline, lead system, or quoting system
• already been referred by someone else (see Section 8)
• otherwise been engaged as an active prospect in our internal records

Practical guidance: If you are planning to refer someone, submit the referral before encouraging them to request pricing or contact us.

To keep the Program fair and sustainable — and to ensure we can reliably pay Rewards — referral orders may not be combined with other Sturdi Built sales incentives, promotions, coupons, or discounts.

If a customer is associated with a referral:

• the order may remain eligible for the referral Reward, but
• the customer is not eligible for other Sturdi Built promotional offers unless expressly approved by Sturdi Built in writing.

In most cases, the first eligible referral submission received will receive credit.

If attribution is unclear (for example, multiple eligible submissions close in time), Sturdi Built may confirm with the referred customer who should receive credit. If we request confirmation, the customer will have 30 days to respond.

If no confirmation is received within 30 days and Sturdi Built cannot reasonably determine attribution, no Reward will be paid for that referral.

To keep attribution clear and timely:

• Referrals remain active for 60 days from the referral submission date.

If the referred prospect does not respond to outreach or otherwise engage with Sturdi Built within this 60-day window, the referral becomes inactive and ineligible.

If the prospect re-engages later: You may submit a new referral request for the revived project, and Sturdi Built will evaluate eligibility at that time (including whether the prospect is still a New Introduction).

Your role is limited to making the introduction and referring the prospective customer.

Sturdi Built is responsible for all:

• quoting and ordering
• design guidance and planning
• engineering and logistics coordination
• customer support and communication

Referrers may not quote pricing, make promises on delivery dates, or make binding offers on Sturdi Built’s behalf.

Participation does not create an employment relationship, agency, franchise, or sales representative relationship.

Rewards may be subject to tax reporting requirements.

Before payment, Sturdi Built may require:

• tax documentation will only be required once the Reward is earned and ready to send.
• a valid U.S. or Canadian mailing address.

Referrers are responsible for all tax obligations associated with received Rewards.

By submitting a referral, you represent that:

• you have permission to share the referred person’s contact information with Sturdi Built, and
• the information provided is accurate and not misleading.

Sturdi Built may contact the referred person to confirm attribution and eligibility.

The following are not eligible:

• Sturdi Built employees and immediate household members
• referrals involving fraud, misleading information, coercion, or abuse of the Program
• referrals that violate these Terms

Sturdi Built may modify, pause, or discontinue the Program from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website.

Referrals submitted prior to updates will remain governed by the Terms in effect at the time of submission, unless voided due to fraud or abuse.

Sturdi Built values long-term relationships and intends to resolve referral questions quickly and fairly.

If an issue arises regarding eligibility, attribution, or payout, we encourage you to contact us first so we can work toward a reasonable resolution.

Whenever possible, we’ll resolve questions by reviewing referral timestamps, eligibility criteria, and customer attribution.

We built this Program to be simple and fair. If anything feels unclear, reach out — we’d rather confirm eligibility and referral credit early than have confusion later.

Plain English: These standard terms clarify the Program boundaries and prevent misunderstandings. Our goal is always to resolve issues directly and fairly whenever possible.

Limitation of liability: Sturdi Built will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to Program participation. Any claim related to the Program will be limited to the value of the disputed Reward.

Governing law & dispute resolution: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved by mediation in Multnomah County, Oregon, or another mutually agreed format/location if applicable, with the initiating party bearing the cost of mediation.

Entire agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the Program and supersede prior communications relating to the Program.
