• Pick-up direct from our shop
• Door-to-Door Delivery or LTL Freight
• Factory preassembly is available with all three options—roof and wall sections are assembled for faster on-site setup.
  
  

1. Door-to-Door Delivery with Factory Preassembly

• Roof and wall sections pre-assembled and shipped directly to your home
• Driver assists with unloading
• Saves 2–3 days of assembly time, reduces risk of damage, and minimizes packing waste

2. LTL (Less than Load) Freight

• Pre-cut components ship via carriers like FedEx Economy Freight
• Curbside delivery only; someone must be present to unload
• LTL Freight is not available for very remote locations

• Kit arrives in individual components
• Select Factory Preassembly and roof and wall sections arrive pre-assembled for faster installation

• Yes! Pick up your kit directly from our shop
• Call ahead to let us know what vehicle you’ll use
• Bring tie-down straps, bungees, and tarps (especially if it’s raining)
• Customers often fly into Portland, rent a van, and road-trip their kit home.

• Limited-access locations may have extra charges
• Refused deliveries incur a 25% restocking fee plus shipping costs
• If shipping damage occurs, we’ll send replacement parts promptly
